Wikoff, a manufacturer of high-performance printing inks and coatings, has announced the appointment of Cara Gresio as chief commercial officer, effective May 4, 2026. Gresio succeeds Jeff Czarnecki, a 35-year industry veteran who joined Wikoff in 2023.

Czarnecki will remain engaged through a transition period to ensure continuity for customers and the commercial team.

“Cara’s commercial leadership experience, deep industry knowledge and customer focus make her well positioned to build on our momentum and help drive our next phase of growth,” says Wikoff CEO Mark Lewis. “I also want to thank Jeff for his leadership and contributions to Wikoff, and for his partnership in making this change seamless for our customers and our team.”

Gresio brings more than 20 years of progressive commercial leadership in specialty chemicals, fluoropolymers and advanced materials. These industries have direct parallels to ink and coatings manufacturing in technical complexity, value-based selling and strategic account management.

Most recently, she served as business director at Daikin America, leading the company’s most strategically significant global businesses with full P&L responsibility, multi-year contract strategy and cross-functional team leadership. Earlier, she held senior roles at Materion Corporation, where she managed a $100 million global business and drove significant improvements in customer satisfaction.

“Wikoff has built a strong reputation for technical leadership and trusted customer partnerships,” says Gresio. “I’m excited to join the team and build on that foundation— deepening relationships and continuing to deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that support long-term sustainable growth.”
